Apple Cider Cinnamon Rolls

These apple cider cinnamon rolls have apple cider dough, cinnamon filling, apple cider butter brushed on, and are topped with cinnamon sugar and apple cider glaze.

STEP 1: Add flour, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Knead in the cubed butter. Add the apple cider, yeast, milk, and eggs.

STEP 2: Use a stand mixer on low speed until a dough forms. Turn the speed to medium and knead for 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Place the dough in a bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in the fridge overnight. Meanwhile, beat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg with a hand mixer.

STEP 4: Roll the dough out into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling on top.

STEP 5: Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 9 equal pieces. Place them in a 9X13 pan and let it rise for 20 minutes.

STEP 6: Pour heavy cream around the rolls. Bake the rolls for 23-27 minutes at 375°F.

STEP 7: Brush apple cider butter on top. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Add the apple cider glaze.
