Shred 2 apples. It will be slightly brown. That is okay!

Beat butter, oil, sugar, and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Mix in eggs and beat on high.

Add in dry ingredients, apples, and buttermilk.

Toffee whipped cream cheese. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Fold in toffee pieces. Chill!
