This banana pudding cheesecake has Nilla wafer crust, banana cheesecake, fresh banana slices and Nilla wafer crumbs in the middle, and a whipped vanilla pudding on top.

STEP 1: Mix Nilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar. Press it into a pan and bake 11 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Add mashed banana, vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream, then eggs.

STEP 3: Pour the batter onto the crust. Place a layer of sliced banana and then crushed Nilla wafers.

STEP 4: Bake the cheesecake with a water bath for 80-90 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 5: Let the cheesecake cool slowly in the oven with the door cracked open. Then chill it in the fridge.

STEP 6: Beat banana pudding mix and milk. Whip heavy cream and vanilla. Fold them together with a spatula.

STEP 7: Take out the cheesecake and spread the pudding topping on top. Add crushed Nilla wafers and bananas to decorate.
