These fudgy Biscoff brownies are thick and rich brownies. They are stuffed with  Biscoff cookie butter. Inside the brownies are Biscoff cookies and mini chocolate chips.

Freeze the Biscoff cookie butter on a parchment paper. Then, cut into squares. Freeze again. It melts fast!

Beat sugar and eggs on high. Add in oil, melted butter, melted chocolate, and vanilla.

Fold in dry ingredients until fully combined. Add in Biscoff cookies and mini chocolate chips.
