Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

These blueberry cinnamon rolls taste like a berries and cream in a cinnamon rolls! The dough is extra soft and gooey. It is full of cinnamon filling and blueberry preserves.

STEP 1: With a mixer, mix milk, melted butter, slightly beaten eggs, yeast, salt and sugar. 

STEP 2: With a dough hook, add in flour and mix until dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour in a greased mixing bowl.  

STEP 3: Blueberry preserves. Heat blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, corn starch, and water over medium heat until thickened. Let cool.   

STEP 4: Roll out dough on floured surface. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.   

STEP 5: Top dough with blueberry preserves. Roll the dough tightly and slowly. Cut roll into 12 pieces and place in 9x13 pan. 

STEP 6: Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and let cool 15-20 minutes. 

STEP 7: Cream cheese glaze. Mix cream cheese and butter for 1 minute. Add in sifted powdered sugar. Add in vanilla and milk. Spread glaze onto rolls with a spoon.
