Brownie Rolls

These brownie rolls are cinnamon roll dough filled with chocolate butter filling and chopped brownies. They are topped with chocolate cream cheese icing and more brownie bites!

STEP 1: Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add cubed butter and knead it in. Add yeast, milk, and eggs.

STEP 2: Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let it rise one hour. Meanwhile, beat butter, then add brown sugar and cocoa powder.

STEP 3: Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread the filling over it.

STEP 4: Sprinkle the chopped brownies on top and roll the dough into a log.

STEP 5: Cut the log into 12 equal rolls. Place them in the pan to rise 20 minutes.

STEP 6: Pour cream in the pan and bake for 25-29 minutes at 375°F.

STEP 7: Beat cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Spread it on top.
