Butterfinger Pie

This Butterfinger pie is a no bake pie. It has a graham cracker crust, peanut butter pie filling filled with chopped butterfingers. It is also topped with chocolate ganache.

STEP 1: Blend graham crackers to a fine crumb. Combine with melted butter and brown sugar. Compact into prepared springform pan.  

STEP 2: Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. 

STEP 3: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Combine gently with the cream cheese mixture. 

STEP 4: Add in the chopped Butterfinger pieces. 

STEP 5: Pour peanut butter filling over the cold crust. Chill for 6 hours or overnight. 

STEP 6: Make chocolate ganache by pouring hot heavy cream over chocolate chips and stirring until melted. 

STEP 7: Remove springform pan. Decorate with chocolate ganache and Butterfinger pieces.
