Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls

These amazing cinnamon rolls are perfect for Easter morning. They have carrot cake dough, cinnamon filling, cream cheese icing, and a honey drizzle!

STEP 1: Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Add milk, yeast, eggs, carrots, and cubed butter. 

STEP 2: Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

STEP 4: Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thick.

STEP 5: Beat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Spread it over the dough and top with carrots.

STEP 6: Roll the dough and cut it into 12 equal rolls. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°F

STEP Beat butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then ice the rolls.
