Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls

These carrot cake cinnamon rolls have a carrot-filled dough full of cinnamon carrot filling. They are topped with cream cheese icing.

STEP 1: Mix the dry ingredients. Cut butter into the flour mixture. 

STEP 2: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. 

STEP 3: Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until size doubles. 

STEP 4: Mix the filling ingredients.  

STEP 5: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling over the dough. Sprinkle with grated carrots. 

STEP 6: Roll the dough into a log. Cut the roll into 12 pieces and place in prepared pan. Rise for 25 minutes.

STEP 7: Bake 25-30 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing.
