Chewy Oatmeal Cream Pies

These oatmeal cream pies are just like the Little Debbie's version. They are cinnamon oatmeal cookies filled with marshmallow fluff frosting.

STEP 1: Combine the dry ingredients. Set aside. 

STEP 2: Beat the butter and sugars. Add the wet ingredients. 

STEP 3: Add the dry ingredients until just combined. Chill in fridge for 45 minutes. 

STEP 4: Scoop 12 small 1 TBSP cookie dough balls per cookie sheet (3 dozen total). 

STEP 5: Bake 1 sheet at a time for 9-11 minutes.

STEP 6: Beat butter and marshmallow fluff. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. 

STEP 7: Pipe the frosting onto half of the cookies. Top each with another cookies.
