Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake

This easy to make mousse cake has a layer of moist chocolate cake, raspberry mousse, and chocolate whipped cream on top. Every bite melts in your mouth!

STEP 1: Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine for chocolate cake batter.

STEP 2: Bake the cake in a springform pan for 30-37 minutes at 350°F.

STEP 3: Beat vanilla pudding mix and milk. Add freeze dried raspberries.

STEP 4: Beat heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the pudding.

STEP 5: Cut the dome off the chocolate cake and place it back inside the springform pan.

STEP 6: Spread the mousse over the chocolate cake. Chill it in the fridge for 6 hours to set.

STEP 7: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Spread it on top and decorate.
