This Christmas cranberry cake is a white cake is very fluffy and filled with fresh cranberries. It is filled with white chocolate frosting and topped with a cranberry frosting.

STEP 1: Beat butter, and sugar on high.

STEP 2: Add in sour cream, vanilla, eggs, and egg white.

STEP 3: Add in dry ingredients, buttermilk, and cranberries.

STEP 4: Bake for 26-30 minutes in three 8 inch cake pans.

STEP 5: Make cranberry sauce by heating cranberries and sugar. Puree and add water.

STEP 6: Cranberry Frosting. Beat butter. Add in powdered sugar, cranberry sauce, vanilla, salt, and heavy cream.

STEP 7: Fill cake with white chocolate frosting.

STEP 8: Frost cake with cranberry frosting and sugared cranberries.
