Christmas Gingerbread Bundt Cake

This gingerbread bundt cake is Christmas in cake form. The cake is full of three types of spices and uses half of the amount of molasses that usual gingerbread cakes use.

STEP 1: Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. 

STEP 2: Beat the butter, oil, and brown sugar. Add in wet ingredients and beat again.  

STEP 3: Alternate adding the dry ingredient mixture and buttermilk. 

STEP 4: Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes covered with foil and an additional 20-30 minutes uncovered.

STEP 5: Cool cake completely before decorating. 

STEP 6: Cream Cheese Glaze. Beat the cream cheese. Add in powdered sugar and wet ingredients. Pour over cake.  

STEP 7: Make the chocolate glaze and pour over the cream cheese glaze.
