Cinnamon Peach Cobbler

This peach cobbler has a cinnamon crumble mixed in for flavor and texture and homemade biscuit on top! It is the perfect way to enjoy peach season!

STEP 1: Mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter. Bake it at 350° for 8 minutes.

STEP 2: Peel and slice the peaches into wedges.

STEP 3: Mix in brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

STEP 4: Mix in the crumble. Bake it for 20 minutes at 400°F.

STEP 5: Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Knead in butter and mix in buttermilk. Chill the dough.

STEP 6: Make flattened palm-sized pieces of dough and place them over the peaches. Brush heavy cream on top and sprinkle coarse sugar.

STEP 7: Bake it for 23-28 minutes at 375°F. Cool it to a comfortable temperature and serve with ice cream.
