Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

This cinnamon roll cheesecake tastes just like a homemade cinnamon roll! It has a graham cracker crust, baked creamy cheesecake, and three layers of cinnamon filling.

STEP 1: Press the graham cracker crust into a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 12 minutes. 

STEP 2: Combine cinnamon filling ingredients. 

STEP 3: Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Add the wet ingredients. 

STEP 4: Pour 1/3 of the cheesecake batter onto the crust. Top with 1/3 of the cinnamon filling. Repeat with remaining batter and filling. 

STEP 5: Swirl the cinnamon filling with a toothpick. Bake for 75-95 minutes in a water bath.

STEP 6: Chill overnight. 

STEP 7: Top with glaze and mini cinnamon rolls.
