Cinnamon Roll Swirl Cupcakes

These cupcakes are soft cinnamon cupcakes with a cinnamon filling swirled in. They have a cream cheese icing on top and a mini cinnamon roll topper!

STEP 1: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter. Chill it.

STEP 2: Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then, beat butter, oil, and sugar. Add vanilla, sour cream, and eggs.

STEP 3: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and add buttermilk.

STEP 4: Add 1 TBSP of batter to each cupcake liner. Add 1/2 TBSP of cinnamon filling.

STEP 5: Add another TBSP of batter and swirl 1/2 TBSP of cinnamon filling into the top.

STEP 6: Bake for 17-22 minutes at 350°F. Cool them before frosting.

STEP 7: Beat butter and cream cheese. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost the cupcakes and place a mini cinnamon roll on top!
