Classic Sticky Buns

These giant sticky buns are topped with a maple pecan sticky topping. They are giant cinnamon rolls with the classic sticky topping baked into the tops!

STEP 1: Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and butter. Add lightly beaten eggs, milk, and yeast. Mix them together.

STEP 2: Knead the dough in a mixer for 5 minutes on medium speed. Let the dough rise for an hour in a warm place or overnight in the fridge.

STEP 3: Beat butter for the cinnamon filling until smooth. Then, beat in brown sugar and cinnamon

STEP 4: Beat the butter and brown sugar for the topping together for 2 minutes. Add vanilla, maple, heavy cream, salt, cornstarch, and cinnamon.

STEP 5: Spray a 9X13 pan, then spread the sticky topping on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.

STEP 6: Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling on top.

STEP 7: Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 6 rolls. Place them on the sticky topping. Let it rise 20 minutes before baking 28-30 minutes at 375°F.
