Double Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

These chocolate fudge cupcakes are the most moist cupcakes ever! The cupcakes don't need a mixer! They are topped with a chocolate ganache that is piped on top of cupcakes.

Mix vanilla, oil, buttermilk, and eggs. Mix in the dry ingredients and hot water.

Pour batter into a muffin pan. Fill up 3/4ths of the way.

Mix hot heavy cream and chocolate chips until smooth. Separate into 2 bowls. Chill for 45 minutes. Mix every 15 minutes.
