Easy Chocolate Cream Cheese Danish

These chocolate cream cheese danishes are made using frozen puff pastry. They have a cream cheese filling. They are topped with chocolate ganache.

Let the frozen puff pastry sit for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 rectangles per sheet.

Then roll and press the seams together. Use a knife to press a rectangle into the rectangle. Don't cut all the way down.

Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add in vanilla. Spread the filling inside the smaller rectangle.

Spread an egg wash over the edges.

Bake for 17-20 minutes.

Make the chocolate ganache. Let sit for 2 hours to thicken into pudding like texture.
