Filled Biscoff Cupcakes

These Biscoff cupcakes are soft cupcakes full of Biscoff! These cupcakes are full of Biscoff cookie crumbs, melted cookie butter, and topped with Biscoff cookie butter frosting.

STEP 1: In a medium bowl, sift the flour and combine the dry ingredients. 

STEP 2: Beat the butter and sugar on high. Add remaining wet ingredients except buttermilk. 

STEP 3: Alternate combining dry ingredients and buttermilk with the wet ingredients. 

STEP 4: Fill muffin liners 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. 

STEP 5: Cut a hole in the cupcakes and fill with melted cookie butter.

STEP 6: Frosting. Beat the butter and cookie butter on high. Add in sifted powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. 

STEP 7: Pipe frosting on the cupcakes. Decorate with melted cookie butter, Biscoff cookies, and cookie crumbs.
