Fudgy Biscoff Brownies

These fudgy Biscoff brownies are thick and rich brownies. They are stuffed with  Biscoff cookie butter. Inside the brownies are Biscoff cookies and mini chocolate chips.

STEP 1: Freeze the Biscoff cookie butter on parchment paper. Cut it into squares. Freeze again. 

STEP 2: Beat the sugar and eggs on high. Add in wet ingredients. 

STEP 3: Fold in the dry ingredients. Add in Biscoff cookies and mini chocolate chips. 

STEP 4: Spread half the brownie batter in a prepared 8x8 pan. 

STEP 5: Top with the frozen Biscoff cookie butter. 

STEP 6: Spread the remaining brownie batter and top with extra Biscoff cookies.  

STEP 7: Bake 40-50 minutes.
