Ghost Cookies

These ghost cookies are black cocoa cookies, rolled in sugar and topped with white chocolate ghosts. They are super easy to make and the ghosts look adorable for Halloween!

STEP 1: Mix flour, black cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar for 2 minutes.

STEP 2: Mix vanilla, egg, and egg yolk into the butter. Combine it with the dry ingredients.

STEP 3: Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the dough. Then, roll each dough ball in sugar.

STEP 4: Bake 12 cookie dough balls on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.

STEP 5: Heat heavy cream on a stove until steaming hot. Pour white chocolate chips in a bowl.

STEP 6: Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate chips let them melt before stirring.

STEP 7: Place a dollop of white chocolate on each cookie and form a ghost with a toothpick. Make eyes and mouths with a black writing gel.
