Gooey Banana Cinnamon Rolls

These banana cinnamon rolls taste like banana bread combined with cinnamon rolls! They have banana dough, cinnamon filling, sliced bananas, and cream cheese icing.

STEP 1: Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Knead cubed butter into it. Add yeast, milk, beaten eggs, and mashed bananas.

STEP 2: Knead the dough with a dough hook for 5 minutes on medium speed. Then, let it rise for 1 hour.

STEP 3: Beat butter and mix in brown sugar and cinnamon.

STEP 4: Roll the dough out until 1/4 inch thick. Spread the filling over it. Add fresh banana slices on top.

STEP 5: Roll it into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces. Place them in a pan to rise for 20 minutes.

STEP 6: Bake the rolls for 28-33 minutes at 375°F.

STEP 7: Beat butter and cream cheese for 1 minute. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Ice the rolls.
