Gooey S'mores Cinnamon Rolls

These s'mores cinnamon rolls are super gooey and soft dough. They are filled with cinnamon filling, chopped chocolate, and graham cracker pieces.

STEP 1: Prepare the yeast. Mix the dry ingredients. Cut butter into the flour mixture.

STEP 2: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Knead for 5 minutes.

STEP 3: Let the dough rise for 1 hour covered greased bowl until size doubles.

STEP 4: Beat and mix the filling ingredients. 

STEP 5: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling and top with chopped chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.

STEP 6: Roll the dough into a log. Cut the roll into 12 pieces and place in prepared pan. Rise for 20 minutes.

STEP 7: Bake 20-25 minutes. Top with marshmallow creme. Place in oven on broil until lightly golden.
