Grinch Cake

This Grinch cake is a vanilla sheet cake with Andes mints. It has green cream cheese frosting and red heart sprinkles! Make your family's hearts grow three sizes with this cute dessert!

STEP 1: Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2: Beat butter, oil, and sugar on high speed for 2 minutes.

STEP 3: Add the sour cream, vanilla, and green food dye. Then mix in the eggs.

STEP 4: Add the dry ingredients and buttermilk. Then gently fold in the Andes mints with a spatula.

STEP 5: Pour the batter in a 9X9 pan and bake for 33-36 minutes at 350°F.

STEP 6: Beat cream cheese and butter. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and food dye.

STEP 7: Spread the frosting over the cake. Add the heart sprinkles.
