Homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake

This pumpkin cheesecake combines regular cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake on top of a graham cracker crust. Completed with homemade whipped cream on top, it is amazing!

STEP 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Form it into a crust in a springform pan. Bake for 13 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes.

STEP 3: Add sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix, then add eggs and egg yolk.

STEP 4: Separate half of the batter and mix in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice.

STEP 5: Pour the regular cheesecake onto the crust. Then, add the pumpkin cheesecake on top and swirl them together.

STEP 6: Bake the cheesecake in a water bath at 325°F for 85-95 minutes.

STEP 7: Chill the cheesecake overnight, or at least 6 hours. Top it with whipped cream and serve.
