Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies

These chocolate chip marshmallow cookies are very gooey easy to make cookies. This is a brown butter no chill cookie recipe.

STEP 1: Brown the butter. Let it cool for 15 minutes. 

STEP 2: Mix together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. 

STEP 3: Sift the flour. Add the baking soda, baking powder and salt. Fold them into the wet ingredients.

STEP 4: Fold the chocolate chips into the dough with a rubber spatula.

STEP 5: Use a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop to make 6 cookie dough balls per baking sheet.

STEP 6: Bake the cookies for 11 minutes. Add 2 marshmallow halves to the top of the cookies. Bake 2 more minutes. 

STEP 7: Cool the cookies on the hot pan for 5 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack or cooling rack.
