Soft Chocolate Chip Scones

These chocolate chip scones are the softest and fluffiest scones! They are full of mini chocolate chips and chopped chocolate. The scones are drizzled with a vanilla glaze.

STEP 1: Combine the dry ingredients. 

STEP 2: Add cubed cold butter. Cut it into the flour with the pastry cutter. 

STEP 3: Add wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.  

STEP 4: Knead the dough until just mixed. 

STEP 5: Press half the dough into an 8 inch circle. Top with chopped chocolate. Top with the rest of the dough. 

STEP 6: Chill dough for 15 minutes. Cut the dough and brush with heavy cream and top with sugar.  

STEP 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with glaze.
