Lemon Bars with Graham Cracker Crust

These lemon bars with graham cracker crust are extremely easy to make. These bars are full of fresh lemon flavor, sweetened condensed milk, and has a buttery graham cracker crust.

STEP 1: Graham Cracker Crust. Blend graham crackers into a fine crumb.

STEP 2: In a medium bowl, combine crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter with a fork.

STEP 3: Pour crust mixture into an 8x8 prepared pan. Compact the crust to the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. 

STEP 4: Lemon Bars. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt with a whisk.  

STEP 5: Pour the lemon bar batter over the crust. 

STEP 6: Bake the bars for 22-26 minutes. Cool completely on a cooling rack. 

STEP 7: Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in fridge for at least 6 hours. Cut bars. Top with powdered sugar.
