Lemon Curd Cake

This soft lemon curd cake is topped with cream cheese frosting and lemon curd! It is packed with lemon flavor.

STEP 1: Sift flour, baking baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2: Beat butter, oil, and sugar. Add sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs.

STEP 3: Combine the wet and dry ingredients and buttermilk.

STEP 4: Spread the cake batter in a cake pan.

STEP 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F. 

STEP 6: Beat butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on the cake.

STEP 7: Cook lemon juice, lemon zest, egg yolks, sugar, and salt into lemon curd. Add on top of the cake.
