Lemon Cake with White Chocolate Buttercream

This lemon white chocolate cake is a three layer moist and fluffy lemon cake. It is filled with a white chocolate buttercream.

STEP 1: Beat butter, sugar, and oil on high for 3 minutes. 

STEP 2: Add in the remaining wet ingredients.

STEP 3: Alternate between adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk until all added. 

STEP 4: Pour batter into 3 pans. Bake for 22-25 minutes. Cool completely.

STEP 5: White chocolate frosting. Beat butter on high for 3. Add in powdered sugar. 

STEP 6: Mix in remaining buttercream ingredients.

STEP 7: Assemble the layers with the white chocolate buttercream. Frost with a semi-naked look.
