Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes

These mini chocolate cheesecakes are easy to make and convenient to serve, but still have the cream chocolate cheesecake texture and flavor! They are a perfect treat for any party or BBQ.

STEP 1: Blend Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press it into a muffin pan. Bake at 325°F for 5 minutes.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add sour cream and vanilla and mix. Then, add eggs and mix on low until combined.

STEP 3: Use a large cookie scoop to fill each muffin liner until only 1/4 inch is left on top.

STEP 4: Bake for 16-18 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 5: Crack the oven door and turn it off. Let the cheesecakes cool 15 minutes before removing them.

STEP 6: Pour steaming hot heavy cream over chocolate chips. Let it melt and mix. Spoon it over the cheesecake.

STEP 7: Beat powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Pipe it on top of the ganache.
