Mini Cinnamon Rolls

These mini cinnamon rolls are super gooey and soft, but they are also mini! This recipe makes 20 little cinnamon rolls and they are topped with a cream cheese icing.

STEP 1: Combine the dry ingredients. and cubed butter. Cut the butter into the flour mixture.  

STEP 2: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Knead for 5 minutes. 

STEP 3: Let the dough rise slowly in the fridge covered overnight. 

STEP 4: Mix the filling ingredients. 

STEP 5: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling over the top. 

STEP 6: Cut the dough into thirds. Roll the dough into 3 log. Cut the rolls into 20 pieces and place in prepared pan. Rise for 20 minutes.

STEP 7: Bake 18-20 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing
