Mini Moist Chocolate Cake

This mini chocolate cake is a moist two layer 6-inch chocolate cake. It is full of chocolate cream cheese frosting and topped with mini chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles.

STEP 1:Combine the dry ingredients. 

STEP 2: Mix the wet ingredients. 

STEP 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. 

STEP 4: Pour the batter evenly into 6 inch cake pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

STEP 5: Frosting. Beat the butter and cream cheese on high. Add in remaining ingredients.

STEP 6: Assemble the cake layers with frosting between. Frost the rest of the cake.

STEP 7: Decorate the cake with chocolate sprinkles and mini chocolate chips.
