Moist Blueberry Coffee Cake

This blueberry coffee cake is a super soft and moist cake. It is filled with wild blueberries with a cinnamon crumble topping and a lemon glaze.

STEP 1: Combine the crumble topping ingredients. 

STEP 2: Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the blueberries and flour and set it aside. 

STEP 3: Combine the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. 

STEP 4: Gently fold in the blueberries with a spatula. 

STEP 5: Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Top with the crumble.

STEP 6: Bake for 55-60 minutes. 

STEP 7: Let the cake cool. Make the lemon glaze and drizzle it over the cake.
