Gingerbread Bundt Cake


This gingerbread bundt cake is Christmas in cake form. The cake is full of three types of spices and uses half of the amount of molasses that usual gingerbread cakes use.


STEP 1: Beat butter, oil, and brown sugar on high.

STEP 2: Add in molasses, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs.

STEP 3: Add in dry ingredients and buttermilk.

STEP 4: Pour batter into a 12 cup bundt pan.

STEP 5: Place foil over the top.  Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for another 20 minutes.

STEP 6: Top with cream cheese glaze and chocolate glaze.

Optional: Top with Christmas sprinkles.
