No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

This no bake Biscoff cheesecake is a decadent cookie butter cheesecake with melted cookie butter and crumbled cookies inside. It is on a Biscoff cookie crust and topped with more crushed cookies.

STEP 1: Mix blended Biscoff cookies with brown sugar and melted butter. Form them into a crust in a springform pan. Put it in the freezer.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese and sugar together for 2 minutes. Add sour cream, cookie butter, and vanilla. Mix.

STEP 3: Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold it into the cheesecake batter.

STEP 4: Pour half of the cheesecake batter onto the crust and drizzle melted cookie butter on top.

STEP 5: Place cookie crumbs on top. Top it with the remaining cheesecake batter.

STEP 6: Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

STEP 7: Melt cookie butter in the microwave. Pour it over the cheesecake and spread.
