Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting
These vanilla Nutella Cupcakes are super moist and have Nutella swirled inside. The cupcakes are topped with a chocolate Nutella frosting and melted Nutella.
STEP 1: Beat butter and sugar. Add in sour cream, vanilla, and eggs.
STEP 2: Add in dry ingredients and buttermilk.
STEP 3: Scoop 1 TBSP of cake batter. Spoon 1/2 tsp of Nutella and swirl.
STEP 4: Fill tin 2/3rds full.
STEP 5: Spoon another 1/2 tsp of Nutella. Swirl the top.
STEP 6: Bake for 18-22 minutes.
STEP 7: Beat the butter. Add in Nutella. Add in powdered sugar and cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and heavy cream.
STEP 8: Frost the cupcakes and top with melted Nutella.
