Homemade Oatmeal Cream Pies

These oatmeal cream pies are better than Little Debbie's versions. They are soft oatmeal cookies loaded with spices and filled with a marshmallow fluff frosting.

STEP 1: Beat the butter and sugars. Add remaining wet ingredients. 

STEP 2: Mix in the dry ingredients. Chill the dough for 45 minutes. 

STEP 3: Scoop 12 cookie dough balls per prepared sheet.  

STEP 4: Bake for 9-11 minutes. 

STEP 5: Marshmallow Fluff Frosting. Beat the butter on high. Add the marshmallow fluff. 

STEP 6: Add in the vanilla and powdered sugar. 

STEP 7: Pipe marshmallow fluff frosting onto the back of half of the cookies. Top each with another cookie.
