These peach cobbler cinnamon rolls are perfect to make when peaches are in season! They are gooey and soft rolls, full of cinnamon filling, peach jam, and a cinnamon crumb topping.
STEP 1: Dough. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Add cubed butter. Add in milk/yeast mixture and eggs. Mix with dough hook and knead for 5 minutes. Let rise 1 hour.
STEP 2: Peach Jam. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat 5-10 minutes until thickened. Let cool completely.
STEP 3: Cinnamon Crumb Topping. Mix together brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour, and melted butter. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes Cool completely.
STEP 7: Cream cheese frosting. Beat the butter and cream cheese. Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix in milk and peach jam. Spread over hot cinnamon rolls and add cinnamon crumb.
