Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls


These peach cobbler cinnamon rolls are perfect to make when peaches are in season! They are gooey and soft rolls, full of cinnamon filling, peach jam, and a cinnamon crumb topping.


STEP 1: Dough. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar. Add cubed butter. Add in milk/yeast mixture and eggs. Mix with dough hook and knead for 5 minutes. Let rise 1 hour.

STEP 2: Peach Jam. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Heat 5-10 minutes until thickened. Let cool completely. 

STEP 3: Cinnamon Crumb Topping. Mix together brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, salt, flour, and melted butter. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes Cool completely. 

STEP 4: Cinnamon Filling. Beat butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt together until a paste forms. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. 

STEP 5: Spread cinnamon filling with an offset spatula. Add 1 cup of peach jam. Add 1/2 of the crumb topping. 

STEP 6: Roll dough into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a 9x13 pan. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake for 23-26 minutes until golden. 

STEP 7: Cream cheese frosting. Beat the butter and cream cheese. Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix in milk and peach jam. Spread over hot cinnamon rolls and add cinnamon crumb.
