Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies

These chewy peanut butter cookies are easy to make and require no chill time! These peanut butter cookies are made with no mixer. They are dipped in cinnamon sugar while warm.

STEP 1: Preheat the oven and line the cookie sheets with parchment paper. 

STEP 2: In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add in peanut butter, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until combined and smooth. 

STEP 3: Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix with a rubber spatula. 

STEP 4: In a small bowl combine cinnamon and sugar. Set aside. 

STEP 5: Use a 3oz cookie scoop to scoop the cookies. Place 6 cookie dough balls per cookie sheet. 

STEP 6: Bake 1 sheet at  a time for 13-15 minutes. 

STEP 7: Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Dip the hot cookie into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cool on cooling rack.
