These pumpkin cream cheese muffins are soft pumpkin muffins full of spices and stuffed with cream cheese filling! They are the perfect fall dessert.

STEP 1: Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg together.

STEP 2: Mix melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, sour cream, and buttermilk. Add them to the dry ingredients.

STEP 3: Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

STEP 4: Scoop the batter into 6 muffin liners in a 12 cup muffin pan alternating cups.

STEP 5: Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla extract.

STEP 6: Pipe the filling into the middle of the batter.

STEP 7: Bake at 425°F for 6 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for 6-8 more minutes.
