These chewy pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies are super soft and chewy pumpkin cookies. They are rolled in cinnamon sugar for the perfect fall cookie.

STEP 1: Mix the dry ingredients. 

STEP 2: Combine the wet ingredients. Add in the dry ingredients. 

STEP 3: Prepare cinnamon and sugar.  

STEP 4: Freeze the dough for 10-15 minutes.   

STEP 5: Scoop the dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle extra on top. 

STEP 6: Place 6 cookie dough balls per prepared cookie sheet. 

STEP 7: Bake for 13-15 minutes.
