Salted Caramel Cheesecake PB Cookie Crust

This caramel cheesecake is the ultimate salted caramel dessert. It has a peanut butter cookie crust. It is made with homemade salted caramel.

Make the peanut butter cookie dough. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry. Chill for 40 minutes.

Compact crust into springform pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Add in sour cream, vanilla, salted caramel, and eggs.

Pour cheesecake batter on top of cookie crust. Prepare a water bath. Bake for 70-85 minutes.

Chill overnight. Then, remove the pan.

Pour salted caramel on top.
