These brown butter snickerdoodle cookies are very chewy cookies with crisp edges. These buttery cookies have a gourmet flavor and are rolled in cinnamon sugar.

STEP 1: Brown the butter in a frying pan. Heat until the milk solids separate and brown.

STEP 1: Mix brown butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

STEP 3: Add in dry ingredients.

STEP 4: Scoop the dough using a large scoop. Roll the dough ball in cinnamon sugar.

STEP 6: Place 6 cookie dough balls per baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 7: Bake for 13-14 minutes.

These cookies are chewy in the middle and have crisp edges!
