These pumpkin pie cookie bars are no bake pumpkin pie on top of a snickerdoodle cookie base! They taste better than traditional pumpkin pie and make perfect portioned squares!

STEP 1: mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Use another bowl to beat butter and sugar for 2 minutes.

STEP 2: Add vanilla and egg to the butter and sugar. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
