Soft Pecan Pie Cinnamon Rolls

These pecan pie cinnamon rolls are super soft homemade cinnamon rolls with cinnamon pecan filling and pecan pie filling. They are topped with a cream cheese glaze.

STEP 1: Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Knead in cubed butter. Mix in eggs, milk, and yeast. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

STEP 2: While the dough rises, cook butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, and pecans until it bubbles, then for 4-5 minutes.

STEP 3: Beat butter in high until it is fluffy. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Beat it until smooth.

STEP 4: Roll the dough out into a large rectangle 1/4 inch thick.

STEP 5: Spread the the cinnamon filling on the dough. Then, add the pecan pie filling on top.

STEP 6: Roll the dough into a log. Use a sharp serrated knife to cut it into 9 rolls.

STEP 7: Bake the rolls at 375° for 27-29 minutes. Add a cream cheese frosting on top.
