Strawberry Crinkle Cookies

These chewy strawberry crinkle cookies have white chocolate chips in them and a powdered sugar crinkle top. They use freeze-dried strawberries for a strong strawberry flavor.

STEP 1: Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch together.

STEP 2: Beat butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, eggs, ground freeze-dried strawberries, and pink food dye.

STEP 3: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. Add white chocolate chips.

STEP 4: Use a small 1TBSP cookie scoop to scoop 12 dough balls per baking sheet.

STEP 5: Roll each ball in granulated sugar, then in a thick coating of powdered sugar.

STEP 6: Bake the cookies 1 sheet at a time for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.

STEP 7: Let the cookies cool on the pan for 4 minutes before cooling them completely on a wire rack.
