The Best Pecan Pie Cheesecake

This pecan pie cheesecake is a brown sugar cheesecake with cinnamon pecan pie filling swirled inside and cinnamon pecan pie topping on top!

STEP 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Form a crust in a springform pan and bake 13 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 2: Melt butter in a pan. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, and chopped pecans. Cook 4-5 minutes.

STEP 3: Beat cream cheese and brown sugar for 2 minutes. Add sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla, then the eggs.

STEP 4: Pour half of the cheesecake batter on the crust. Swirl in 1/3 of the pecan pie filling. 

STEP 5: Pour the rest of the batter on top. Then place the pan in a water bath.

STEP 6: Bake for 65-85 minutes at 325°F. Slowly cool it.

STEP 7: Chill the cheesecake at least 6 hours. Add the remaining pecan pie filling on top.
