White Chocolate Cupcakes
These white chocolate truffle cupcakes taste just like a giant truffle in cupcake form! They are moist vanilla cupcakes with a Lindt white chocolate truffle.
STEP 1: Beat butter, oil, and sugar on high for 3 minutes.
STEP 2: Add in vanilla, sour cream, and eggs.
STEP 3: Add in dry ingredients and buttermilk.
STEP 4: Fill cupcake pan 3/4ths full.
STEP 5: Bake for 10 minutes. Top with Lindt truffle. Bake for another 8-10 minutes.
STEP 6: Make white chocolate frosting.
STEP 7: Top with a truffle.
